Terms of Service

1. About ZentApp

ZentApp is a software platform provided by ZentSoft Solutions. Organizations may use enabled ZentApp modules to manage activities such as customer and member records, clinic appointments, communications, memberships, attendance, billing, inventory, staff and business operations, and other supported services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZentApp, users agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable laws and policies. Users who do not agree should not use ZentApp.

3. Organizations Using ZentApp

Independent clinics, gyms, businesses, organizations, institutions, and other tenants may operate services through ZentApp. Those organizations remain responsible for the services they provide and for information entered or managed by their authorized users.

4. Accounts and Security

Users must protect their credentials, access only accounts and information they are authorized to use, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the appropriate organization or ZentApp support channel.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Access information without authorization
• Misuse customer, member, patient, staff, or business information
• Attempt to compromise application, account, or infrastructure security
• Introduce malware or other harmful code
• Abuse messaging or communication functionality
• Use ZentApp for unlawful purposes

6. WhatsApp and Communications

ZentApp may integrate with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta for authorized service communications, including appointment confirmations and reminders, token or queue notifications, follow-up reminders, and transaction or service notifications.

Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies, and service availability.

7. Third-Party Services

ZentApp may integrate with third-party providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, hosting or infrastructure providers, payment services, and messaging or other integration providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Information associated with ZentApp services is handled as described in the ZentApp Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the policies of the organization providing the service.

9. Service Availability

ZentSoft Solutions works to maintain reliable ZentApp services, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, network conditions, security events, and third-party service outages may affect availability.

10. Intellectual Property

ZentApp software, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ZentSoft Solutions. Tenant and customer business data remains subject to applicable rights, responsibilities, and agreements.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

ZentSoft Solutions may update ZentApp and these Terms when services, legal requirements, security needs, or application functionality change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
