Data Deletion Instructions

1. Requesting Data Deletion

ZentApp is a software platform provided by ZentSoft Solutions. Users may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with ZentApp services by following the instructions on this page.

2. Information Managed by an Organization

If the information relates to a particular clinic, gym, business, institution, organization, or other ZentApp tenant, the user should normally contact that organization directly because it may control the relevant operational or business records.

3. Contacting ZentApp

Users may contact ZentSoft Solutions for assistance through the official ZentApp support channel at hello@zentapp.in.

4. Information to Include

Provide only the information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record, such as:

  • Your name
  • The relevant clinic, gym, business, institution, or organization
  • Your registered mobile number or email address, if applicable
  • A clear description of the information and deletion request

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), payment-card credentials, access tokens, or other security credentials.

5. Identity Verification

ZentSoft Solutions or the relevant organization may need to verify the requester's identity or authority before processing a deletion request. This helps protect information from unauthorized deletion or disclosure.

6. Information That Can Be Deleted

Eligible personal information may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate after the request, identity, applicable responsibilities, and record requirements have been reviewed.

7. Records That May Need to Be Retained

Some information may need to be retained for legitimate requirements, including:

  • Accounting, tax, and transaction records
  • Audit requirements
  • Fraud and security prevention
  • Legal or regulatory obligations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Applicable healthcare record-retention requirements

For these reasons, not every record can always be immediately or permanently deleted.

8. Meta / WhatsApp

Meta/WhatsApp may independently process information when WhatsApp Business Platform functionality is used. Information independently controlled by Meta must be handled through Meta's applicable privacy and data-deletion processes.
